Five cubes form a pentacube piece. There are 29 distinct pentacubes.
The pentacubes belong to the family of polycubes.

Occasionally, the pentacube puzzle is available commercially, for example under the name RESERVAT. Alternatively, it can easily be produced with a 3D printer.

A complete set of all 29 pentacubes consists of a total of 145 cubes.
However, to fill a 5 × 5 × 6 cuboid, you need 150 cubes – the equivalent of 30 pentacubes. In this case, if you are producing the pentacubes with a 3D printer, you can simply print one of the pieces twice.

The 3D-print templates consist of 29 Pentacube puzzle pieces and a box.

The software collection available for download on itch.io includes two versions of the pentacube solving program. It is for Windows only.
