PolyformSolver
PolyformSolver is a free Windows application for creating and solving geometric polyform puzzles.
Many 2D and 3D grids are available. Piece sets can be created manually or generated automatically, target shapes can be drawn, and matching solutions can be calculated. Example puzzles make it easier to get started.
Spatial puzzles can be explored in interactive 3D views. Solutions can be displayed in 2D and 3D at the same time. An animated assembly sequence shows, step by step, the order in which the pieces can be inserted from bottom to top.
The user interface can be switched between German and English. PolyformSolver is suitable for developing geometric puzzle ideas, testing puzzle shapes, and checking whether a piece set can completely fill a selected target shape.
